Hotel Joyce - Chennai

This hotel is a great place to stay, it's conveniently located near the railway station and metro, and offers 24-hour check-in and check-out, and the staff are all fantastic.

Everything was fine and the rooms were neat. The room we had included climate control and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels😃

Cheap hotel, the stay was really comfortable, favourable location in the middle of jackson. Room was clean, with a clean bathroom. Location: the venue was just next door to Chennai Central, railway station and 24hrs checkin and out and Joyce. We had lunch in Nayeem Biryani Stall, located nearby.

The hotel's location was convenient, being close to Egmore and Central stations. the area had a bus stop and shopping options. the hotel lacked cleanliness, the bathroom was untidy, and there was no wifi or phone signal in the room. the staff were unhelpful, and the restaurant was closed, leaving guests no option but to eat food from the roadside. it was a poor value for money and not a good experience.

The hotel's cleanliness was a serious concern.

Convenient Location and Clean Room

I requested a double room and it was nice and tidy. The location was really great - it was close to all the places I wanted to visit. 🌟

We enjoyed our convenient location close to the train station and public transportation. The hotel staff was helpful in moving our luggage. The rooms were clean and the facilities were up to an acceptable standard.

There were several negatives to our stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was poor, with stains on the walls and bed sheets.

We had a memorable stay during Thanksgiving. the hotel's location was perfect, situated near the central station and easily accessible. We loved the fact that two complementary drinks were offered to us upon arrival. the room was comfortable and cozy, and we enjoyed cozying up on the comfortable bed. the hotel's staff were friendly and accommodating, willing to help us with any issues that we had. we loved the free breakfast that featured local cuisine and added more charm to our experience.

There was no Wi-Fi available, and we struggled to get phone signals inside our room.

The staff at Hotel Joyce were helpful and accommodating. When I had an issue with my room, they promptly addressed it and ensured my comfort. I appreciated their excellent customer service and willingness to go above and beyond.
